I am a murderer

I killed the girl I used to be,
For the one they want me to be.

I took away her smile,
That she gave after every conquered mile.

I shattered her confidence,
That shone like an armour,
At all time and hour,
Outshining the dark establishments.

I took her heart,
And replaced it with a boggart.

I flooded her with fears,
And to accompany them, tears...

At last I suck her soul,
'Cause I was left with nothing more.

Yes, I am a murderer!
I killed the rebel,
And rejoiced the quitter.
